Policy before make contract agency
1. Clearly for License information.
2. Make a reservation with us more 10 room nights stay.

Condition
1. Agency contact us by email for request contract rate agreement.
2. Marketing will check and reply by auto condition below
2.1 For less than 10 room nights total will be apply to 40% disc. from rack rate.
2.2 Corporate agency
For more than 10 room nights total will be apply from 50% disc. from rack rate for corporate agency.
2.3 Travel agency
For more than 10 room nights will be apply from 55% disc. from rack rate for travel agency.
3. If agency need to request credit term payment. Will be make a reservation more 30 nights stay and continual 3 months.
4. After agency got credit term payment. If didn't make a reservation continual will decide after 3 months will be annul.
** Reserves all rights to change any conditions without further notice

Remark : On paper condition will be have price table for show to agency and can auto discount. when customer make a reservation more 10 nights stay with us. And for the rate are net not include vat and tax.

On process
1. When customer make a reservation will be request booking until we get receipt guarantee.
- We will sent auto invoice to customer for transfer payment guarantee booking to us.and also must have cancellation policy and bank account on invoice information.
2. After we got receipt guarantee will sent confirmed by auto confirmation voucher.
